In modern workplaces, especially with the rise of hybrid and flexible work environments, employees often face challenges in knowing which colleagues are available in the office on a given day. This uncertainty leads to inefficient communication, unnecessary back-and-forth messages, and missed opportunities for in-person collaboration. Lack of Real-Time Visibility: Employees don’t have a quick and easy way to check who is present in the office, making spontaneous meetings, team coordination, and social interactions difficult.
